Funky Rooster Coffee is operated by Blue Roasters LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company (“Funky Rooster,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through funkyroostercoffee.com and our related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our mobile app has its own privacy policy. Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • Order and account details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order history, and subscription preferences.
  • Messages you send us through our contact, catering or coffee truck forms.
  • Email sign-ups: your name and email address when you join our list.
  • Product reviews or other content you submit.

Payment information: Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, products added to cart, and referring site, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • To process, ship and support your orders and subscriptions, including renewal billing and notices.
  • To respond to your questions, catering and event requests.
  • To send marketing emails if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To send cart and order reminders and to recommend products, based on your activity on our site.
  • To measure and improve our website, products and advertising.
  • To prevent fraud, secure our site and comply with legal obligations.

Text messages

We send marketing text messages only to people who have separately and expressly agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run our business:

  • Shipping and fulfillment providers (such as ShipStation and the delivering carrier).

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features, such as the cart, may not work without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email or by contacting us.

Data retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
